Clarification of Responsibilities

The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the Algerian Embassy. Algeria VFS operates as an independent service provider, facilitating the application process by collecting and submitting documents on behalf of applicants. It is important to note that Algeria VFS does not influence, participate in, or bear any responsibility for the processing timeline, additional documentation requests, or the ultimate decision made by the Embassy. The Embassy reserves the exclusive right to accept, delay, or deny any visa application at its discretion.
