As the Global Chairman and CEO of Capital Empire Group & Algeria VFS, Abes Lakhal leads more than 10 International Headquarters in 08 countries.

Previously, he held the role of Head of International Sales and Marketing at Turalı Group and Ramsa Defence, with achieving sales of over $640 Million Dollars. Business Developer at the International Office of Ankara Medipol University, with achieving sales of over $2.6 Million Dollars in one year.

Abes Lakhal is an Economist with more than 5 years of experience, and he earned a doctorate in Philosophy of History and Economics from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. He began his career by helding the role of Sales Director at his family-owned company Aisson Group.

Outside of Algeria VFS, Abes Lakhal held as a The Global Chairman and CEO of Capital Empire Group, Member of the Board of Directors of Aisson Group. He is also The Founder and Chair of The YAF⎪The Young Algeria’s Foundation, The Algerian Academy, The Algerian Historical Society, The Algerian Institute for Comprehensive Research and Studies, The Illuminati Club. He is also the Owner and Editor-in-chief of The Algeria Times, ALG Today Newspapers, and The Verification Platform Ta’qid. Council member of Human Rights Watch, Helding on the boards of UNICEF ALGERIA, Associate Professor at the University of Algiers in Algeria, Associate Professor at the Emir Abdelkader University in Constantine, Algeria.

Throughout his career, Abes Lakhal has lived and worked in Algier, Ankara and İstanbul where he currently resides.
